STRONG GOLDEN: BELGIAN STYLE ALE


DESCRIPTION:
Strong Golden is a wolf in sheep's clothing.  Rose hips, chamomile and local clover honey give it an approachable, light body, but don't be fooled.  This warmer is devilishly strong.  Complex fruits and spices typical of Belgian yeast offer and aromatic experience that's perfect for rainy spring days and cool summer nights.

Pair with seasoned grilled chicken or if you can resist temptation, lay it down for up to two years to add nuanced complexity.

ABV:  8.4%

BEST SERVED:  At 52º F in a Belgian Tulip Glass

Sold in 750ml bottles.  For maximum enjoyment, bottles should be stored upright due to bottle conditioning.

BERLIN STYLE WEISSE: SOUR WHEAT ALE


DESCRIPTION: 
Fondly dubbed the Champagne of the North, this style of tangy sour wheat ale is a versatile summertime thirst quencher.  Purists can enjoy this spritely carbonated and drinkable brew as-is.  Those looking to add a twist can add and number of flavored syrups (woodruff and raspberry are the traditional favorites).

Sessionable all by its lonesome, this straw colored Houdini makes magic when paired with citrus salads or pasta dishes, with syrup it's the perfect patio accompaniment.

ABV:  4.3%

BEST SERVED:  At 45º F in a Wide Mouth Chalice

GERMAN STYLE ALE: WEIZENBOCK


DESCRIPTION: 
A dark wheat ale brewed to "Bock" strength.  Featuring the distinct German-wheat-beer aromas of banana and cloves.  Warming and easy drinking, this beer will happily accompany you through a cold winter night and into the spring.

Beyond a well carbonated, murky-tan head, a mild roast malt character emerges paired with hints of chocolate and toffee.

ABV:  8.0%
