Strong Golden is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Rose hips, chamomile and local clover honey give it an approachable, light body, but don’t be fooled. This warmer is devilishly strong. Complex fruits and spices typical of Belgian yeast offer and aromatic experience that’s perfect for rainy spring days and cool summer nights.
Pair with seasoned grilled chicken or if you can resist temptation, lay it down for up to two years to add nuanced complexity.
WEIZENBOCK
GERMAN STYLE ALE
8.0% ABV
A dark wheat ale brewed to “Bock” strength. Featuring the distinct German-wheat-beer aromas of banana and cloves. Warming and easy drinking, this beer will happily accompany you through a cold winter night and into the spring.
Beyond a well carbonated, murky-tan head, a mild roast malt character emerges paired with hints of chocolate and toffee.
